Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. While unexpected delays can occur, we promise to keep you informed and maintain clear communication if any issues arise.

Shipping Domestic: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped SOMA skincare is no longer responsible or liable. SOMA skincare is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

SOMA skincare shipping rates:

• USA: ALL orders are charged by USPS at checkout base on your location. Remember we are a small brand. We have no control over the rates!
• USA: FREE standard shipping on orders over $90 to anywhere in the U.S. (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)

IMPORTANT: Please note that SOMA skincare shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.
